    🗣️🗣️"Je dis euhhh...", "On ne m'écoute pas en meeting", "Je suis stressé de prendre la parole, même dans un petit groupe", "Je perds mes moyens", ... 🗣️🗣️ J'ai moi-même vécu la crainte des prises de parole, me laissant envahir par les "euhhh" entre chaque phrase. Mais j'ai choisi de transformer cette peur en opportunité. Quelques tips: 🌬️ La respiration avant la parole : Maîtriser votre souffle pour vous sentir calme et concentré avant de prendre la parole. 🔍 Préparation des prises de parole : Structurer vos interventions pour transmettre votre message avec impact. 🗣️ Exercices ludiques : De "Ba Ba Ba" à "La La La La" et bien d'autres, il existe des exercices amusants pour renforcer vos compétences vocales. 🎙️ La confiance en vous : La perfection n'est pas nécessaire, tant que votre message est compris. La confiance en soi est la clé pour parler devant n'importe quel public. 🙌 OUI, j'ai eu 2 blancs pendant mon TEDxBrussels, 🥲 OUI j'ai pleuré en sortant de scène, 🚀 OUI je recommencerais 10 fois avec les blancs et les pleurs tant j'ai grandi de cette expérience.     I recently had the chance to discuss with a Manager who felt overwhelmed! 🛑 Justified absences of team members that lead to overload of work ⚠️ Absence of a local HR role making him the "complaint desk" on the days he comes into the office Why does finding your "Why" help you set boundaries, you ask? 🎯 Aligning with Purpose: When you connect with your "why", you discover a sense of purpose that goes beyond your day-to-day tasks. Your purpose becomes your guiding light, helping you define your boundaries based on what truly matters. You ask yourself, "Does this align with my 'why'?" This question becomes your compass in setting and maintaining boundaries AND priorities. 🚀 Enhancing Productivity: Effective boundaries empower you to work smarter, not harder. Your "why" helps you identify what truly contributes to your mission and what doesn't. By setting boundaries that protect your time and energy, you create the space to focus on what matters most, ultimately boosting your productivity. ❤️ Healthy Team Dynamics: Setting boundaries isn't just about self-preservation; it's also about creating a healthy team environment. When you're clear about your boundaries, you provide a model for your team members. This encourages them to set their boundaries, promoting a culture of mutual respect and work-life balance.     Nature 🌿 & consistency 👣 are the solution, a pill 💊 isn't ! Meet Volta, one of my work and life companions. We've always been a good team, sharing daily walks together 🚶♀️ 🐶 . These 3 past months, I noticed her enthusiasm and energy started dimming. I took her to the vet. She gave her pills 💊 . Then yesterday, I took her to the forest 🍃 . It was the first time we were back in the forest after giving birth 3 months ago. Volta went bananas. I hadn't seen her with so much energy in 3 months. Why am I telling you this? 🤔 This experience made me reflect deeply on our state of being and how it can be influenced by various factors - changes in our routines, our environment, and even the level of attention and care we receive. Let me explain 🔎 In my own life, the arrival of a new family member had shifted my daily organization. I delegated Volta's walks. This seemingly small change had a significant impact on both of us. I realized that the same applies to companies. I see companies organising afterworks (with a lot of alcohol), teambuildings to fancy locations, etc. These are pills for employees if you are not caring for your teams daily. Have you ever taught about the impact of your structural organisation within your company? ⚪ For example, an employee will get a lot of attention during his onboarding, then the attention diminishes once the onboarding is finished. ⚪Or an employee gets sick and during his/her 3 months sick leave, there is little to no communication between him/her and the company. So, next time you think about employee well-being, remember my dog, Volta. Embrace the "forest" approach rather than relying on "pills" - consistent care, attention, and a supportive workplace culture can make all the difference! 🌟 #EmployeeWellbeing #WorkplaceCulture #SupportiveEnvironment #TeamEngagement #PrioritizeCare #NurtureYourTeams
